Sikaflex® 1a is a universally-recognized, versatile, gun-grade caulking compound designed to seal all types of joints. It features high bond characteristics, expansion capabilities of up to 35%, and the ability to accommodate materials with dissimilar thermal co-efficiencies. This one-part, easy-to-install and highly adhesive sealant is ideal for sealing window and door frames and for weatherproofing many types of moving and non moving joints.

One-component, low modulus and high performance, elastomeric polyurethane sealant.

ADSEAL DWS 4580 SERIES is a one-component sealant/adhesive that vulcanizes to a durable elastic rubber silicone in contact with ambient humidity. Due to its rheological and non-sagging characteristics, it can be applied above the head, over the joints and on surfaces of vertical and horizontal walls. ADSEAL DWS 4580 SERIES adheres to glass, most types of wood, clean metals, fibreglass, silicone resins, ceramics, vulcanized silicone, synthetic and natural fibers and many painted surfaces or certain plastics

A one-part, neutral cure, medium modulus silicone sealant designed for moving joints in exterior window and door perimeters, concrete panels, curtain walls, and EIFS. PCS offers primerless adhesion to most building substrates and is 100% compatible for edge contact to laminated and insulated glass units.

STPU formula (Silyl Terminated Polyurethane); one-part, moisture curing sealant developed specifically for sealing dynamic joints on both porous and non-porous surfaces. It cures to a low modulus rubber with extraordinary adhesion capable of accommodating joint movement of +/- 50%. Does not yellow, crack or craze under long-term exposure to UV light. Dynatrol 1-XL is available in 9 colours; Dynatrol 1-XL Hybrid FTH is field tintable to any colour using Pecora’s Universal Colour Pack System.

NR-201 is a one part self-leveling, moisture-curing, isocyanate-free sealant based on a unique hybrid STPU (Silyl-Terminated Poly Urethane). It has been developed specifically for sealing dynamic joints between materials of dissimilar porosity, coefficients of expansion and surface textures. It cures to a medium modulus rubber with extraordinary adhesion, capable of accommodating joint movement of +25% of the original joint width. Does not yellow, crack or craze on long term exposure to UV light. It has excellent abrasion resistance withstanding the rigors of pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

FAST CURING LIQUID FLASHING/JOINT FILLER. Primerless adhesion to most substrates. Low VOC. High tensile/tear strengths, abrasion resistance, yet provides 25% movement capability. May be used on damp surfaces and in low temperatures. Resistant to ultra violet rays, ozone and airborne contaminants. Easy gun and trowel application.

FLUID APPLIED, PERMEABLE STPU AIR, VAPOR AND WATER RESISTIVE BARRIER
-Primerless application, can be sprayed or rolled in one single application. Low VOC. Excellent coverage, 85-110 sq. ft. per gallon. Eliminates construction delays. Can be applied during inclement weather. Can be used on damp substrates and green concrete. Excellent weatherability: UV and water resistant for up to 2 years. Low temperature application down to 100 F / -120C. Can be used as a durable UV and weather resistant barrier in rain screen applications. Excellent elasticity and crack bridging capabilities. Meets the requirements of NFPA285.

Primerless adhesion to a wide variety of air/vapor membranes. Low VOC. Superior green strength. Excellent weatherability: Virtually unaffected by UV, precipitation, ozone, and temperature extremes. Compatible with natural stone and other porous surfaces susceptible to staining or silicone fluid migration.

100% SILICONE EXTRUDED TRANSITION MEMBRANE. High tear strength. Easily formed over irregular surfaces. Tapered edges for smooth transitions. Ribbed for improved flexibility and consistent sealant coverage. Translucent for accurate sealant/adhesive placement.

Applied in a single coat this water based, fluid applied air barrier membrane provides superior protection from moisture vapor and air intrusion contributing to a seamless durable airtight building envelope. Pecora ProPerm VP is ideal for use on concrete block, concrete, exterior gypsum sheathing, plywood, OSB and many other common building materials.
