Client Service Associate Tasks:

  • Greets customers and directs them to the right product for their needs.)
  • Receives and responds to customer inquiries)
  • Receives and processes orders for materials, either by phone, text message, fax, email, or in-person.)
  • Checks inventory records to make sure the requested product is available.)
  • Prepares invoices and shipping documents.)
  • Verifies customer information is correct and up to date.)
  • Coordinates deliveries with the dispatcher and communicates information with the client.)
  • Collects payment for merchandise.)

Skills required:

  • Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office and order entry software
  • Reliable, organized and detail-oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
  • Be proactive and a proven problem solver.
